By putting in place the management system of quality,SOTRATEL intend to furnish its clients with good quality service conforming to international standards in vigor by applying manual quality which defines its process and procedure applicable to different steps in executing this work(before, during and after work on site)

SECURITY
At the level of security on site and the domain of health the points below can be taken into consideration.

  • Collective Security
  • The training program put in place, include the sensitization of workers on some applicable norms  like security, working on height, electricity are necessary for his job.
  • Individual security
    Before going to site, you need to respect the necessary equipments (EPI).

    • Annual medical visit is obligatory
    • Individual accident insurance is important;
    • Sick insurance also necessary
- Environment

ENVIRONMENT
Also SOTRATEL improves on aspects like environment in the sense of ameliorating its present situation like wise their clients and the local population

Factors that can help us  protect our environment can be seen below :

  • The management of materials meaning the manner in which we stock ,clean and protect our equipments
  • While on site We should provide disposable trash cans where dirt can be put to be dispose latter
  • Also on site we should avoid using poisinous substance which can cause pollution to the environment


Being aware of the results in terms of quality, security, health, our company has taken upon itself to give out quality security in conformity of our international standard in other to obtain the certificate of ISO 9001.
once the above certificate is obtained, we are able to achieve the goals below

  • Elaboration in politics  QSE,good objectives and quality plans ;

  • To control the application of our procedures.
